Morgan Casting Kids & Teens Actors Workshop Toronto
Sat. April 1st – 1-4:00pm.
$100 admission. Ages 8-15
An actors job is not to act. An actors job is to Audition.
Acting is the payoff and reward that hopefully actors get to do 10% or more of the time, while most of the time one spends actually auditioning. Your job is to AUDITION!
This workshop is not geared towards teaching your kids how to act….they hopefully already know how to do that 🙂 Matthew is going to teach them how to best audition. How to stand out in a video or live audition, giving them the best tools needed to impress a Casting Director or client. For your child to walk in that door with everything he or she child needs to best optimize his/her chances. Sometimes, it’s simply out of our control in this subjective world…but there are things one can do to truly enhance one’s chances, be it a live audition or a self-taped one.
This is their ONLY Kids/Teens Actor Workshop offered in Toronto this year.
They’ll give you their best industry tips and inside scoop on what casting directors look for when hiring actors. How do you make a great impression and stand out at a live audition, as well as a video audition? They will pass along our best tips!
Notable Feature Films we have cast:
AS I LAY DYING, directed by and starring James Franco
